We purchased our internet about two years ago now. And its been the best wifi I’ve ever had. I play a lot of video games online with friends daily, and I haven’t had any lag or connection issues not once in those 2 years. For comparison, the other two providers before HTC were running an average of 25 - 40 mbps download speeds. Where as with HTC, I’m running anywhere between 250 - 800 mbps. You can’t even compare the two, downloads that would take hours now take 20 - 30 minutes tops. And average out to about 5 - 10 minutes per install. I’d definitely recommend it to anybody. Especially if you live out in the middle of nowhere.

The internet provider has no nonsense, such as data caps or bandwidth limits, so that is very enjoyable. Alongside this, the speeds are relatively satisfying. However, they only offer fiber internet in other towns, not the town I reside in. Fiber internet would allow for extremely higher speeds at the exact same price I pay, so it is annoying to not have this service. Alongside this, in the last couple of months, there have been a myriad of service outages and throttling of my speeds, including complete shutdowns of my entire network with seemingly no rhyme or reason. I was unable to receive any word on why this was happening, and no fix was performed; the outages just stopped all of a sudden after several weeks of intermittent downtime.
