For the first high speed internet provider for my area it isn't bad. I do a lot of online work and needed high speed internet if I didn't want it to take half a day. When we got access to them I signed up as fast as I could. Will say they are a littler pricy compared to other high speed internet companies close by but they are the only choice if you want something that is not under 100 mb. They haven't had many down times so the reliability of them is great so you almost always have internet. They are a smaller company as well so their respond time for trouble shooting is fast. You can control everything from an app and get support from there as well so everything is easy. Only real thing I would want if maybe be around 20 dollars cheaper.

We were one of the first residential customers in our area to be fortunate enough to be eligible for HES Energynet's fiber service. It is exceptional high speed service, and we have had ZERO complaints. We have had this service (in our rural area) for around 3 years. We are able to stream television and surf the internet without any loss of speed or connection.

It's a reliable high speed internet service with affordable pricing. I actually prefer this provider over AT&T internet, which was the only other option in my area at one time. I'm within what is considered a rural location and you don't have many choices for service providers. I'm so glad to have this provider, as I'm able to work from home, game, and do other stuff without any issues. Would highly recommend them!
