June 22, 2025 My previous internet service provider had multiple issues. Their prices were almost double than what I am paying now with slower speeds. Ever since I switched to Lake Region Fiber, I have had no issues. They are affordable and have excellent customer service. The internet speed has also increased dramatically. We can stream and do online gaming with no issues or lagging. I highly recommend them to anyone!
January 24, 2025 They are the best in the area and their service is never down. They work with you if an issue does arrive and solves it in a timely manner. I could have faster speed if i chose it but upload and download speeds being so stable what we have works for us,
October 09, 2023 When we first purchased our home, we were utilizing an external hotspot from our cell service provider. Though this was sufficient for the days that I needed to work from home, it was far from practical when it came to the daily internet needs of my family. Slow connection, very shotty service that would cut in and out every 30 minutes or so, and lost signals when the weather turned cloudy were all things that we struggled with. Once we switched to LREC the difference was quite literally night and day! The installation process was very simple - we scheduled an appointment, and someone came out to run fiber lines underground to our home and pull them through to the interior. They were there maybe 30 minutes before they let us know that they were finished! This year makes three years using LREC and we have had no issues during that time that effected our download/upload speed, streaming, or gaming needs. When we have storms and the power blinks, we know that we can easily call LREC to let them know, and in our experience, they are able to get us back online within minutes. We are very appreciative of LREC!
