The team at mi-fiber is friendly, professional, and responds quickly. We highly recommend this service. This afternoon, mi-fiber's technical support field agent Adam quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our wifi that suddenly went out today. He was here within an hour, replaced a defective modem, and we were not charged. It is all part of the service plan to which we enrolled. We are so glad that we signed up with mi-fiber!

South Central Communications has always been very responsive and available to quickly address service issues or concerns. My download speeds are testing at 500-975 MBPS (depending on the online test used), which allows our household to stream and participate in gaming on multiple devices at the same time. We are satisfied with the service and performance South Central Communications offers in our area.

Mi-fiber has had very consistent speeds since we got it hooked up a few years ago. We only had one issue initially and that was just my unfamiliarity with their software. I have not noticed any outages at all since we have gotten the service. This is the best isp I have ever had!
