Mediacom is reliable, but it has significant drawbacks. When I started using mediacom, my internet was about $80/month. Now, it's nearly double that price at $140/month. Though the internet it provides is great, the significant increase in cost makes it feel as if they do not value their customers.

I recently purchased internet service. It has 1G download and 90Mbps upload speed. It came with a free Zumo streaming box. I've only had it a few weeks but so far I'm happier with them than my old provider.

My experiences with this internet provider have been consistently frustrating. The service is extremely unreliable, and goes down far too frequently, sometimes for hours at a time. Also, the connection speed in inconsistent. It's fine one minute and hardly usable the next. Paying for a service that is unable to provide reliable access or consistent performance is frustrating.
