The internet provider is one of the only ones in a rural area. Their customer service is lacking and very limited as they are only available from 8-5 during the week. There is an on call tech in case it goes out after hours but it is very hit or miss on if they will call back. The customer service people are rude as well and dismissive of issues. The internet goes out from time to time no matter weather or anything else and often there is no update on when it will come back or compensation provided. Additionally, the speed is slow. While I pay for 20 Mbps, I usually only get 6-7 on a good day and it goes slow at peak times as well. I would not recommend this to others seeking internet service and am hopeful something else will be available soon.
