I had to have them come out for a service call. Unbeknownst to me it was my own personal equipment that was the problem. However no one explained to me that there could possibly or potentially be a $170 service call. I think this should have been discussed before they came out about the potential for a large amount of money mine to be paid for the service call. I called on the fiber and they did nothing to assist the customer service representative was very kind and understood why I would be so upset as there was no explanation given. She talked to the supervisors and they said too bad tough s***

At first, I was skeptical of Omni Fiber because it is a newer company and a different type of internet around my area. After having it now for about 6 months, I am very pleased with it. It is cheaper than any internet service that is provided where I live. I have also never had issues with the internet going down and being unable to use it. This service is fast and reliable. I can't review how their customer service is because I've never had to contact them. That's how good this service has been.

We recently switched from Spectrum to OmniFiber. They are recently new to our area. They installed fiber about one year ago. We had Spectrum for YEARS. Like at least 10 years. Spectrum's customer service is awful. The pricing is awful. The internet quality was very poor. We couldn't have more than 3 devices running on the internet or everything stopped. Their only solution was for us to buy the top tier internet (spend more money) even though we were currently using mid tier. Every year the prices went up! We changed to OmniFiber and we haven't any issues since we switched. The customer service is excellent. The installation was great. Pricing has maintained. We have not had any connection issues or speed issues and we use several streaming services at the same time and we only purchased the mid-tier plan. My only regret was not switching to OmniFiber sooner and giving Spectrum my hard earned money for so long!
