The internet service is great but the company that installed it is located outside of the United States. When the internet goes out, which doesn’t happen often, there is not a way to contact them directly. You have to send them an email and wait days before they get back to you, generally the problem is fixed before they get back with you but it’s a major inconvenience at the time.
