Great people but terrible service. I’ve had less than 2 months and have out more outages than with any company ever. Speeds never get anywhere where they are supposed to be.

I had been a Cox customer for 20 years. I had great equipment i purchased myself for gaming that really kept me from changing ISPs. I was the last neighbor on the block to get wired for fiber by REV. So when one day after spending 6 hours on the phone with Cox's TERRIBLE customer service, getting disconnected every time I tried upgrading my service to a better plan at a lower price, I was fed up and remembered REV digging up my front yard to wire up my neighbor. I did some digging and found out I could get BETTER service for my TV and internet cheaper than what I was paying at cox. $150 a month cheaper and REV doesnt have data caps. This is super important because I use a megaton of data and Cox charged an extra $50 a month for unlimited data. The installation for REV's fiber in my house went off without a hitch. The installer actually called and asked if he could show up an hour early as he had completed his first job early. He then wired up my 5 bedroom house and office with fiber in less than 2 hours. During this entire process REV's customer service put Cox's to shame. Real humans answer and you are not asked 100 times for your customer information by 20 different customer support reps plus the automated system every time you call. Furthermore, my customer service agent proactively called me. Do not change REV.

Rev was previous Eatel, a service provider local to my area. Customer service has always been wonderful. Larger companies have been capping data due to the amount of streaming happening these days, however, Rev does not cap data.

My internet provider is a local telecommunications company. They offer internet through fiber optic cable. I like the service because it is local. There is no wait for customer service calls and if there is an issue with service, someone can come that same day to look at it. The only thing I dislike is the price. Anything over $100 is somewhat expensive in my opinion.

REV is a local company that treats customers right and fairly! Their customer service department is always helpful. Outages and issues are handled the same day in most cases. Their prices are competitive with other national companies. REV acts quickly to get their customers' service back up and running during catastrophic emergencies, and they always volunteer their time to help the community out in any way possible. REV is a local company that genuinely cares about the customer!
