After 3 years of being an RTC customer I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I pay 118 monthly for my service and honestly my internet is down more then it is running. The smallest storm or faintest wind and I've got everyone in the house coming out of their rooms looking for me.

My internet provider is a smaller local company. One thing I do like about our provider is that even though we are in a very rural area, they brought fiber internet to our area. This allows us to have a very decent internet connection compared to other rural areas. The ability to have the higher speeds gives me the ability to work from home remotely without complications. It also makes it enjoyable for my family to stream movies and games with the speeds of fiber.
