I am truly happy with my internet service provider, as they are the highest speed option in the rural area where I live. My only real gripe I have ever had with them is that I am a streamer and have had some issues with upload speed/packet loss. When I called and explained to them the issue I was having, they had me go through all of the steps again that I told them I had already and when that didn't solve the problem, I then had to wait a few days for a tech to come to my house. The tech came inside and then did all of those things again and found no issues so left. The issue persisted and I called and they sent a different tech, this one checking the connection at the house. He saw no issues, stated he had replaced something in case it could have been the problem, and left. But the issue persisted. Another tech returned, checked the pole, and then as a result discovered that there was actually a larger issue at their hub nearby that they had to solve. Nobody else in the area had notice the issue because most people are not concerned with upload and may have only seen an increase in upload times due to the packet loss, where I had streams interrupted and abruptly ended as a result. At the very least, I would have appreciated some amount of bill credit for the few months I was having this issue, but I was not offered anything.

My current internet provider is Service Electric, which is a smaller company in my area. I find it to be decent at $75 per month, with enough speed to accommodate 3 people who are almost always online. When I have had outages, they have generally been brief, with only one lasting more than a few hours, and was a regional issue. All in all, the service is just enough for the cost, as we are able to access apps for television watching, though very little is live. We do not use cable tv, so we only watch what we can through our internet service. It handles at least 4-5 devices at once since my wife and I will both sometimes have a TV and our phones on.

Provider offers reasonable rates and we have had no issues with speed/throttling. There have only been a few instances of lost service that I can recall. Most resolve themselves quickly, in other cases relating to severe weather events, service was back up in 24 hours. I am a little concerned about the relative lack of cable service competition in our area, though. Note that our household only uses a base internet service plan as we do not own a television.

i am very ok with my service internet provider but the issue is that i feel ike the speeds they offer its kinda expensive
