I would like to retract my negative review, I was the one who wrote they charged me 99 dollars for moving and turning off service. I was not able to remove the review they would not let me so I am hear to say I was contacted the next few days and they were able to solve the problem quickly. Very friendly Vicky and Becky were more than helpful for me. So I am here to say the company was very fair and understanding. Thank you TEC.

Service was OK but they are trying to charge me 99 dollars when I moved away. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN SIGNING UP. I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM ABOUT MY ACCOUNT.

They are a very Incompetent Company. They over charged me for about 3 years and when I called them out on it, they adjusted the price GOING FORWARD but nothing for the years they robbed me. Equipment is faulty and I have NO idea what their 24/7 Tech Service is there for bc they are worthless. All they can do is " submit a ticket" to have someone come out on the next business day, even if that is 4 days away and you work from home. They will cost you your job bc they literally cant keep service working. I am leaving this company and going to Starlink

I would rate 0 if I could. This is our only option in the sticks. We're paying for 15mbps and they still can't provide it. It's 7 at best and usually more like 1 or 2. They have 1 technician working multiple areas, all experiencing the same issues as me. You have to call at least 5 times to get that poor overworked technician to come out. Our fiber was cut during a neighbor's construction project over a year ago and it was never completely repaired. Pricing is good but you still don't get what you pay for. The CEO's phone number used to be public on linkedin but they took it off sometime in the past year, gee I wonder why.
