i abore my internet provider as they have a monopoly in the county i live in resulting in them being able to price gouge as they see fit. the service is slow and unstable and goes out with a gust of wind. forget about getting it fixed if they even attempt it it will take days for them to even get to you resulting in loss of service for days at a time. me and a lot of residents wish that they would allow additional service in the area as to give them some competition.

My internet provider has been doing a lot of upgrading in our area but at the same time I think it has made our speed worse over time.

Overall TVS/Thacker are inconsistent at best, and dreadful at worst. There will be times when the packet loss is so high it makes it hard to do anything. The upload speeds aren't great either. There will be sometimes when the internet is fine, but its still overpriced compared to other providers outside the area.
