My internet provider kinetic is a very good and worthy internet provider in my area. It's great for all uses including streaming, gaming, downloading and working without any buffering or lag. The wifi speed rarley drops below 900mbps on a 1gig plan which is pretty close to what was advertised. The cost is also bundled in with a landline phone around 80$ a month i believe. Even with as many as 10 devices connected there is no lag or buffering at all. If you want internet that is fast, reliable and has a trustworthy customer service, I definitely recommend Kinetic.

The internet is the only provider in the area. However, I do feel like they are timely in outages and have had no real issues with the service. The customer service on the phone is easy and friendly. I don't know that I am happy with the introductory price to hook you in but raises each year to a much higher amount.

This is our first time using fiber internet. Previously, we used a cable modem. We switched because of a better price offer for the first 12 months and did not notice a substntial difference between the two modes of internet.

We live In a rural area, so internet is only provided by 1 service through windstream. We have never used windstream until we purchased this house 4 years ago. In that 4 years we have only had one internet outage due to a storm. We have 7 people living in the home, 3 are teenagers that game. One person works from home and needs a reliable high speed connection. Everyone is able to use the internet with no interruption and with fast connection. Over all I would recommend windstream to othher people and we are very satisfied with the service they provide.
