The service itself is ok if it works, but it often doesn’t and they like to take weeks to fix it and still charge you full price. On top of that, they lose your money if you pay by phone. On three separate occasions they have forced me to double pay for my internet service because their employees didn’t log that I paid them previously. They’ve stolen several hundred dollars from me by doing this. I plan to get a different internet provider as soon as one is available, but unfortunately they have a monopoly on my area. If you have the choice, don’t choose Truvista

TruVista is the only fiber internet option to us as we live in a rural area. We have been very pleased overall with our service. If we do have the occasional issue, their customer service is top notch and quick to help solve the problem. On the rare occasion we have had to have a technician to the house, they are always prompt and come ready to fix any equipment issue or replace any equipment. The speed and quality of internet is fantastic. We are overall pleased with TruVista and what it provides.

I love truvistas internet service. The price is affordable and flexible. Truvista has never gave me any problems with service or connectivity. Lastly I have never drop signal while using truvista.

After trying with other local internet providers, TruVista is the only way to go! Where I live, we, currently, are a household of five. Between the lot of us there are three cell phones, five smart tv's, three tablets, and two laptops, all of which, are connected to our fiber internet provided by TruVista. We also regularly have visitors come over, cell phones in tow, who use our Wi-Fi and, despite all the traffic, we rarely, if ever, experience slow downs, lagging, buffering, or hang ups. We are all able to stream content simultaneously throughout the day without issue all for the price of $80.00 per month. As a large family that does not utilize cable and requires Wi-Fi for all forms of viewership, TruVista does a remarkable job! We have tried three other internet providers in our area before we found TruVista and the quality is incomparable. If you are fortunate enough to have TruVista as an option for your internet provider, save yourself the headache and give them a call.
