November 14, 2025 Spectrum was my internet service provider up until a week ago. I have made the switch to Lumos by T Mobile, after a visit from a sales guy in my area. I am familiar with T Mobile because I have them for my mobile phone service so it was no problem with me switching to Lumos by T Mobile. My reasons were for the fiber internet service that provides faster speed, ideal pricing, great customer service, and minimal installation hassle. Also, I am hoping to be able to bundle my services soon as soon as the merger with Lumos is complete.

September 26, 2023 Our current prices are really good because we were new customers who are receiving a promotional price. When that promotional period is up, our cost will increase significantly and we will probably change providers. Our speeds are great for what we pay, but we have outages more frequently than I would like. Some of these outages are to be expected, such as when we are getting a bad storm. However, last month, we had an outage that lasted almost 10 hours with no explanation.

May 07, 2023 We've been with Spectrum for about 4.5 years. We had Spectrum at our old house, and when we moved we stayed with Spectrum because they were the best service overall. We've had the occasional service outages, but they've always been fixed quickly. My husband works from home, so he needs fast and reliable internet. Spectrum has worked very well for our purposes.
