We were TWN comm customers for a couple of years, installation and support techs were great. Customer service is lacking in resolution and I am kicking myself for not reading the fine print. After calling and adhereing to the THIRTY DAY CANCELLATION requirement I had a negative balance. I was unaware that I had to call and request a refund for the overpayment and returnable deposit (FINE PRINT CONVENIENTLY NEVER STATED BY ANY CS REP DURING MY COMMUNICATIONS WHICH I FIND SLIMY). Now that I have request the refund which is now a partial refund they have yet to issue a refund and my latest invoice shows they have since issued an additional $25 fee adjustment to my account! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. Find another company or Pay the extra $30 monthly for a more reliable and transparent practice company like Starlink!

For the nine years prior to obtaining TWN services I was with an archaic provider, with speeds and outages that were laughable. I am so much happier with the service I now receive.

TWN is new to my area. Prior to the fiber-optics installation we were given the oppotunity to indicate our desire to participate. Once signed up we were contacted when the fiber-optics were available to us. They performed an on-site review where we were able to decide where the cable would be installed. Within a week the installation crew was deployed, and the router was installed. We purchased a 50MB/s service. After six months we were given another 50 MB/s for no additional cost. This is going over and above expectations.

There are very few options when it comes to internet service providers in my area. I reside in a very rural area. Do to this, high speed internet is not available. Transworld Network fills this internet access vacuum. I believe the cost of service to be a bit expensive for what you get. But as I mentioned, I am required to use this provider or similar provider in order to have access to the internet. Essentially, some service is better than no service.
