My internet service provider is awful. The speed is terrible. When they came and installed it the just left the cables connecting from the pole to the house laying on top of the ground, I asked them why are they just laying there and they said they would be back in a couple days to bury them, weeks and months went by until a relative tripped on them badly hurting back and still took them 2 more weeks too come bury the cables.

Being in a rural area it is hard to find internet providers. United Communications cane to me in a timely manner and their customer service is excellent!

We use a local provider, switched from Comcast. The customer service alone made it worth the switch. They are quick to respond, extremely helpful, and were so kind to gift us an extender when the one I purchased from Amazon didn't work. Would absolutely recommend them.
