The local Vyve customer service team is very nice and always tries to quickly answer your billing questions and make sure you are on the lowest most economic plan. If you have any questions with your bill, I encourage you to go visit the local office in Hays and they will personally adjust your bill to make sure the bill matches your equipment and the best possible rate.

Location, how close the houses are, how the houses are built, etc. plays a big part. For the same exact plan from the same provider, I had immaculate internet at my apartment, perfect for PC gaming, that I moved out of earlier this year, however the internet constantly went out and was somewhat slow when I moved in with a friend.

Vive is way too expensive. It’s a terrible value for the money but in a small town there are few options.

I think my internet service provider has very good prices. The speed of the internet is relatively fast but lags very bad when numerous people are on it at the same time. The speed also jumps very bad from super fast too slow there's no steady speed.
