Vyve Broadband Internet Reviews

I have had Vyve for just under seven months. I switched to them after moving when I learned my old provider, AT&T, would not be an option. This is without a doubt the best Internet provider I have ever subscribed to. I pay less than I did for AT&T, and receive much faster speeds.($70 for 75 mb/s VS $50 for 180mb/s) not to mention the customer service has been top notch thus far. I honestly would recommend this ISP to anyone who is in service range of it!

Vyve Broadband is an okay internet provider, but has too high of rates for the worth of it. As a work from home individual I pay almost a $100 and that's just for internet alone. We have tried to switch but since we live in a rural area theres no one to really switch too. When we had a hurricane the internet was out for weeks. I feel like Vyve should take into consideration their longtime customers and give us just as many deals and promos as new customers.

The local Vyve customer service team is very nice and always tries to quickly answer your billing questions and make sure you are on the lowest most economic plan. If you have any questions with your bill, I encourage you to go visit the local office in Hays and they will personally adjust your bill to make sure the bill matches your equipment and the best possible rate.

Location, how close the houses are, how the houses are built, etc. plays a big part. For the same exact plan from the same provider, I had immaculate internet at my apartment, perfect for PC gaming, that I moved out of earlier this year, however the internet constantly went out and was somewhat slow when I moved in with a friend.
