I was excited to get fiber internet installed in our neighborhood. The cost is average, and the service is decent. It is hard at times to get someone on the phone. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I receive.

Zirrus, or Yadtel as it was known before, is an absolute game changer. I have had their fiber internet for about 6 years now and have never had an outage. The speeds are unbelievably fast and reliable. Their customer service is top notch. They are local and work in the store around the corner. They have lowered, yes lowered, my bill twice since I have had them. I pay half of what Spectrum charges for three times the upload and twenty five times the download speeds. I have nothing but good things to say about Zirrus and I recommend them to anyone that is in their service area.

Zirrus is a small, local company, but very professional. We have only had a couple short outages in the two-plus syears we have had service, and it wass quickly restored. Since they are local, we can easily talk to omeone in the home office. This is a great feature since questions or problem get taken care of quickly and we are never routed overeas. Equipment is top notch. We have a 3,200 square foot house on two levels, but the signal reache everywhere with no dead spots. I just checked my download speed and it's 164.7. And right now we have two laptops connected and are streaming YouTube on the TV. We live in a rural aea and had poor wifi for years before Zirrus, so we couldn'tbe happier.

Zirrus finally got switched over to fiber optic and it was supposed to be so much faster and better but I honestly think it’s exactly the same if not a bit worse. I stream all my movies and tv shows and have for years and when they switched over I thought the streaming would be faster and better but it isn’t. Some cases it’s slower or kicks me out completely.
