My internet provider has great speeds available and in the three years I have been a customer I have only had a few issues. Occasionally, the speed of our internet is not what we pay for which can affect my work and our streaming services. These issues are usually resolved on their own and relatively quickly. The few times our internet has been completely out they are usually quick to let us know it is being worked on. The experience has been pretty good with them but the pricing is entirely too high. There are other fiber internet companies in the area and their pricing is almost a third of Zochnet. I am tempted to change to try to save money but I enjoy the reliability of Zochnet so far.

I love the rates they charge I even love the speed. With that said, we do have outages from time to time. They are not a large company and do not have technicians available after business hours. They are not open late on Saturday, and not at all on Sunday. If something happens on the weekend you can not even report it until Monday.
