Metronet has been a great internet provider for us. We frequently had buffering issues with our last internet provider (Spectrum). Most recently, a neighbor's lawn service crew accidentally cut our internet wire. We called Metronet, and they quickly had someone come out as soon as possible...the next morning. Metronet service and quality overall has been wonderful. Probably our best internet service provider experience so far.

I feel relatively happy with my internet provider. On the whole they’ve done a fine job responding to phone calls. They walked me through troubleshooting a couple times. It worked more often than not but if it was something I couldn’t fix they sent a tech to fix it. The last time was a cut wire because it wasn’t buried deep enough. They came out and buried the majority of it, but the 5 or so feet they left uncovered and I buried it myself later. I would have liked for them to come finish the job. I reached out multiple times but a tech never came. I mainly use mesh Wi-Fi for most devices in our house but my desktop plugged in directly is very fast. I hardly ever have issues with speed with steaming or downloads.
