November 24, 2024 Spectrum as my internet provider has been great. They have always handled issues in a timely manner and i rarely have complete outages, which is important as i'm an online student. Their customer service in person has always been wonderful when I've gone. However, the customer service over the phone is sometimes lacking.

February 19, 2023 Where's the fun in not using curse words, though? I'd *love* to respond to this with a huge pile of curse words! Can I at least use frack? Let's say, I've been a dsl user literally since dialup, and I've always liked it, having a private, pretty fast line. Sure, 15mbps isn't that fast these days (when I first got it, it was only 7), but it's still plenty fast (especially the 15 we have now) for doing anything you'd likely be doing. When it works, of course - there've been many times when it just didn't, it's been super unreliable, and the customer support, obviously, has always been garbage. (Just to be clear - when we moved here, it was Verizon, then Verizon sold the whole area to Frontier, so we became Frontier customers. Honestly they were both pretty equally garbage, though.) Anyway, I've heard garbage things about Spectrum, too, but we're thinking about switching at this point, 14 years in. It's just gotten too unreliable. (Fiber isn't available in our area, though it doesn't stop them from *advertising* it to us...)
