February 22, 2026 The pricing is not too bad. We have had much more expensive in the past. But it is constantly going out, sometimes for upwards of 16 hours! And it does not work for online gaming, which is a big negative in our household.

February 18, 2026 The internet is unreliable sometimes, especially when windy or poor weather outside. However, overall it is pretty easy to connect. I have had no issues with routers or installation. I have not needed to use customer service yet, so unsure how that aspect is for quality.
