To keep things simple I transferred my services. After one year of very slow unreliable service via the phone line I switched to fixed WiFi with unwired. Not only did the internet service improve but the cost decreased. They treat their clients well. When I called in to lower my internet’s speed because I couldn’t afford the current plan they acknowledged that I was a long time customer and decreased my monthly bill but also increased my speed. When their service tech were on site they are polite and respectful. Unwired broadband is a great company to work with.

January 15, 2026 I've had Spectrum for about 4 years now. Overall service has remained stable with very little downtime. Speeds are also stable for most of the day as well, which is a requirement for work and streaming. Customer service is mostly responsive, although wait times are usually long during peak hours. Pricing is reasonable, although I'd appreciate more clear breakdown of fees and more transparent communication on plan updates.
