My internet provider could be better. Internet speeds could be faster. At this day and age, it should be up to date with the technologies that are available and provide them to the customers.

I receive internet through my apartment complex. The price is included with rent. Each unit gets set up on a router, and because of that streaming can run behind or lag. Sometimes the internet goes out entirely, most likely due to an overload.

Overall, I don't really have that much interaction with my internet provider other than paying my monthly bill, so I can't speak much to positive or negative interactions. The internet speed is relatively reliable most of the time, and I have only had a few occurrences where I have either had issues with connectivity or speed. There has only been one major occassion where the internet has cut out due to an issue on their end that took ~1 hour to fix, and caused a small annoyance in terms of being able to work from home that day. For the most part, the internet works well enough for me to be able to work from home, as well as provide me entertainment in a way that I don't have much to complain about.
