January 02, 2026 I'm reasonably happy with our service. It's expensive, but it works well, and we need the unlimited service thanks to having programmers in the household. I would like to be able just to pay for internet, and not get the extras that come with the package, like streaming and extra phone numbers and email accounts we don't need. I have considered changing to Sonic but haven't found it worthwhile yet - though I might if prices keep going up. Service when we have needed it has been good.

November 10, 2025 I love comcasts pricing. I got their cheapest option, expecting to have to upgrade. I was surprised to find the lowest tier is fast enough for my needs, I find it equivalent to sonic or att. i had both before, at this same location. the other companies cost nearly 5 times as much per month and were no better. xfinity also offers hotspots available all over the city. this adds a great deal of value to me

October 15, 2025 I have been an Xfinity Comcast customer for at least ten years. During that time, I have consistently experienced intermittent outages in which my internet connectivity is gone for about two to five minutes. I have tried all internal configurations, such as router reboots and manufacturer changes without luck. And Xfinity has been unable to locate an issue with their external equipment. It is a frustrating problem because my internet service is unreliable.
