November 07, 2024 AT&T fiber internet service has been disappointing due to its inconsistent performance and frequent outages. Despite its reputation for high-speed reliability my experience has been marred by slow connection speeds and prolonged periods of downtime. This poor quality undermines productivity and disrupts daily activities, making it difficult to justify the premium cost associated with this internet service. Customer support has also been unhelpful in resolving these issues, further contributing to a frustrating overall experience.

September 05, 2024 Our internet provider works fair most of the days. Their customer servuce is not very efficient. Also when we loose power, even with the generator their net service doesn't work and I have been informed that other service providers offer net during those times.
