My internet provider ensures stable connection. I have never experienced a service-related outage. While the pricing leaves a bit to be desired, i'm content with it. I also like that there isn't a contract of any kind.

I've never had a single issue with Alta Fiber. The worker that came in and installed my box was very kind and helpful! He walked me though how to use the app to check my router. Gave me multiple updates as he was coming in and out of my apartment. Would 100% choose this option over again if I had the chance.

I USED TO HAVE SERVICE WITH SPECTRUM. IT WAS COMPLETE TRASH. IT WAS ALWAYS GOING OUT AND I WOULD NOT HAVE INTERNET. I MOVED AND COULD NO LONGER USE THEM AND WAS FORCED TO FIND A NEW INTERNET PROVIDER. MY NEW COMPANY IS ALTAFIBER AND THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING. THEY ARE CHEAPER AND FASTER AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY SERVICE GOING OUT.

AltaFiber has been amazing. I recently moved to a new city in August to start law school and did not know which internet provider to use. I was recommended to use AltaFiber and have had such an amazing experience with them. The installation of my internet was quick, simple, and hassle-free. My internet runs relatively fast and I have never had an issue with it. Being a student, it is pretty affordable and allows me to play games with my friends with no interruptions.
