I’ve been using Greenlight Fiber Optics for several months, and the experience has been exceptional. The internet speed is consistently fast and reliable, even during peak usage hours, which is a game-changer for both work and entertainment. Unlike previous providers, I’ve never had issues with buffering or lag, even while streaming in 4K or running multiple devices. Their customer service is also top-notch—every interaction has been prompt, friendly, and helpful, whether it’s setting up service or troubleshooting minor issues. Previously, I was always a Spectrum customer but that was only because no other options existed for me. The Spectrum cable internet was slow and they regularly (without warning) increased prices. Once my area began to get fiber, I immediately jumped on the wait list for the service. It took about a year for it to reach my area of the city, but it was worth it. I've never had faster speeds for internet and I've never had a company guarantee prices like Greenlight does. We regularly stream on our TV while using other internet (phones, kindle) and we have not once experienced any slow down in the year we've had the service. Switching to Greenlight has been not only the best financial move (we're saving over $75/m) but also the best move for consistent, quality, fast internet.

I switched from Spectrum to Greenlight last year and it's been great. Greenlight is a smaller company, and I've had great interactions with their customer service team because of that. I already had a modem set up in this apartment so it just took a phone call to switch it on, and it happened immediately. I was paying $50/month at Spectrum for 50mbps, I now pay $55/month for 500mbps.

Overall, I'm quite content with the Internet we receive from Greenlight. We'd been waiting for the company to start serving our area for a while, as previously we had Spectrum and were fed up. Prices were insane, we had outages sometimes, and speeds just weren't great. We often had crazy buffering issues on streaming services, etc. Since we got Greenlight, we really haven't had any issues and I've been very stoked on being able to stream content and do whatever else without dealing with buffering etc. Price, at least for now, is somewhat better, too. Overall seems like one of the better deals in my area.
