HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative Fiber

Homeworks Connect (HomeWorks Tri-County) are very good at what they provide. Their customer service is always quick and they are very fast to fix outages. We have only had one bad multi-day outage in our 7 years of being with them. We have a fiber line to our house surprisingly since we are in the countryside of things. We get 400mbps and it is always steady at that speed. There are no data caps, no drops, and the latency is very good (thanks to it being fiber). My only two gripes with them is that they tend to give what feels like cheaper equipment and the price we pay for our speed is a bit high compared to more populated areas. We have our own router, but the modem they give feels cheap (it does work). For the 400mbps, we pay about $70. When we lived near the city, we were able to get 1Gbps for only $70. The value is not as good, but I feel it is adequate as everything else about them is great.
