When our satellite internet is working, it has been very reliable and fast. It seems like they have to do updates and work on it quite often though, interrupting our internet. They always communicate with us when they have schedule downtime to our internet. It just feels like we pay a high price every month for several interruptions each month.

Point Broadband has been the absolute best provider. The internet is super fast, reliable, and consistent. We have had a few outages in our area but they are quick to get the internet back up and running. The customer service team are very helpful when we run into trouble. They are usually able to fix it right over the phone. If the problem requires an in-person visit, they send someone over within a couple days. The price is great for the quality of the internet and services provided.

Point Broadband is an excellent provider. Speed, prices, customer service and reliability are by far the best internet provider we've ever had. There are rarely outages and they are resolved within minutes when they do happen.

One of the best things is that they always keep us notified of any maintainence planned and updates in the rare case of service interruption. Installation was a breeze, efficient and on time as scheduled. Tech support is the best when dealing with any issue. They listen and I've never felt like they were just running through the flip chart.

they put the fiber optics lines in and trashed yards 18 months ago however they still do not know when it will be available at our location or homes. WOW.. I call all the time and its differents months or not for awhile
