Poor signal strength intermittent speeds and I need the signal I pay for

Have had this service for a month. Has been down twice. Restoring service has been so time consuming! I have spoken to 4 different people who have been in different places. While they are very kind and polite, the system seems to not be efficient.

ImOn's actual performance in terms of upload/download speed has been great, there have only been a couple of instances where our internet was down or slow over the course of several years that we've used their service. I work from home and have found their internet service reliable and capable of meeting my needs to conduct virtual meetings and complete my tasks throughout the day. The downsides are that they've become one of the only good options in my area, so they've been able to do things with pricing that don't feel great from a consumer perspective. For example, they regularly increase pricing without notifying us in any way, so we find out when reviewing our bank statements that it auto-renewed at a significantly higher rate. We then have to call and re-negotiate prices. They also were very slow to bury the cable when we initially signed up with them, but I believe that was due to a significant volume of new users signing up with them, combined with a major weather event that hit our region at that time.

I'm very satisfied with ImOn. They had a special where you only pay $65 a month for life. Before that I was using CenturyLink and was paying over $120 a month for internet and a landline. CenturyLink kept raising their prices each year and their service was horrible. With ImOn I'm paying nearly half the cost of CenturyLink and I never have to worry about them raising costs each year since I am locked into that price for life.
