ImOn Communications Fiber
July 31, 2024 My service provider, ImOn, is generally pretty decent. The service is mostly smooth. Sometimes it gets spotty though, and the maintenance has times where it happens more frequently than I'd like. The maintenance is usually done at low traffic hours, like 2-5 AM though, so it might not affect most people as much as me personally. My biggest complaint would be their customer service- it's generally pretty hard to get a hold of someone to help if you're having trouble. The guys that have come out have been real friendly and nice though. Overall I'd take ImOn over Mediacom any day(old provider, very frequent outages with late to no communication every time).
