Overall I am fairly satisfied with KCTC as an internet provider. The installation was very smooth and the tech who did it was very helpful. They have an app from which I can control all aspects of my internet. I especially like that I can change my wi-fi password on the app and it's way easier to change than any other wi-fi password. I think the pricing is a bit high relative to the speed but I live in a rural area where internet speeds are a bit slower than other places. The customer service has always been excellent as well.
