Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service that I receive from my internet service provider. The price that I get for my upload speed is unmatched, even by local competitors such as EPB's fiber optic service in Chattanooga. I had EPB when I lived in Chattanooga and while the level of service I received was similar, the price was much higher. My only complaint with Optilink is that there are random, unexplained, service blackouts which was a bit annoying when I worked from home.
