We hope Sonic can be an option in more areas to get rid of the menace that is Comcast and AT&T with their higher prices and worse service.

Sonic has great pricing, customer service, and reliable internet connection. These are the 3 things I prioritize most in my internet provider, and I've been very happy to find a provider with all 3 satisfied. Their well trained phone operators are the starting point of the experience, and it seems that they invest in their technicians as well. By focusing on their employee experience, it seems they look out for their customers in my opinion.

I think Sonic is a decent provider considering the quality of service when you compare it with the price point. I had Verizon FIOS at my old apartment which was alright but not as fast. I can’t comment on the price of Verizon because my roommate was the one paying & already was a subscriber when I moved in. If I moved to another house in a region Sonic services, they would be one of the ISP’s I considered most heavily. I enjoy their customer service as well, and the technician who came out to install the hardware was friendly.

I use Sonic Fiber for my internet service provider. While the price does seem a tad high (~$75 month), the service is impeccable. Installation, which took around 4 hours, was professional at at no cost to me. Speeds are incredibly fast. I've had the service for more than 4 years, and have never once had problems with outages or speed issues.
