South Slope Internet Reviews

I have been with south slope for about 7 years, and I have not have issues up until they upgraded, Now my internet buffers often and it affects my job and streaming. Every time I call customer service and IT, they are super helpful, polite and patient. I love south slope but I need consistently working Wi-Fi.

South Slope is by far the best internet provider I have had personally. I have only had two outages in the 8 years I have used them and one of those was due to a tornado so you can't hold that against the provider. Their customer service is top tier and I have never not had my issue resolved in a phone call to them. Connection speeds are great for the price you pay and the reliability is what I am really here for. Knowing that even in poor weather (outside of a nado) our internet is going to be working is great, especially with working from home these days. I recommend South Slope to anyone who is moving in the area and have gotten multiple people to switch to them based on what I have shared. So far all of them have been satisfied with the service.

We have been very happy with our internet. We spend $80/month, which feels like a lot, though I admittedly do not know what other comparable companies are charging. South Slope has had fantastic customer service, and I can count on one hand the number of times we have had an issue with our internet in the past 4 years. We have also never had an issue with the speed or number of devices streaming on our wifi.
