Ting has been a solid provider considering the price. It offers reliable performance and a hassle-free setup process that made getting started a breeze. The service my family gets is able to maintain separate connections for upstairs and downstairs. Coverage is pretty consistent throughout the house. Initially, the performance was elite, with no issues and smooth connectivity for all devices. However, we've recently noticed some slowness, especially when we have guests over on the network. It has been frustrating because the cause seems random and unclear. The overall value and ease of use make it a strong provider, though addressing the recent slowdown would help the experience.

I really love having Ting wifi. I didn't have it for a month, just Verizon, and it made me realize how much I can't go back. The fiber wifi gives it great speed, even for dense video games like Baldurs Gate 3, and it's also really helpful as I work a hybrid schedule for my job. The customer service agents are kind and the language they use don't try to purposely confuse you.

Ting has provided us with excellent service. We've had very little outages with our internet. It's worked very reliably for us. My husband's job is dependent on the internet.

I use to love ting internet. In fact, I pushed all my neighbors, who worked from home, to get it installed. Now, I'm extremely disappointed. It seems their customer service has significantly dropped. I called several times and waited 20 mins per call, and no one ever picked up. Then I started an online chat and the only thing he could say was it's probably my home router. I've always, and still do have 900+ on my download. But my upload speeds have been cut in half, at best. For every 10 speed tests, only one is in the 900+. The remaining tests are 400 and below. When I requested that they test my fiber remotely. I was informed that could only be done with a tech visit and if he doesn't find and issue, it's $99/hr, with a 1 hour minimum. What a shame, they've become the new century link or spectrum.
