Optimum Fiber

April 10, 2026

I've been using Optimum as my fiber optic internet provider since 2018, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The service has been fast, reliable, and consistent, with minimal interruptions over the years. I originally signed up for their fiber internet for the speed and value, and it has continued to meet my needs for work, streaming, and smart home use without a hitch. Upload and download speeds are excellent, even during peak hours. Customer service has also improved over time—recent interactions have been efficient and helpful. Installation was quick and professionally handled, and the equipment provided has performed well. What I appreciate most is the steady reliability; I rarely have to think about my internet, which is exactly how it should be. Optimum has proven to be a trustworthy provider, and I’m glad I chose them back in 2018. I highly recommend their fiber internet to anyone seeking stable, high-speed connectivity.

River Street Fiber

Where I live I am very limited in my options in who my ISP can be. Because of that I am stuck with the only ISP available to my address. It is by far subpar to options that my family members have who live in city limits. I pay for 100/10 mps download/upload and barely get half of that on a good day. If it rains it's even worse or doesn't work at all. And for quite a while I was required to bundle a home phone to even have service. The ISP has finally made that an option. We pay about $100/month for the internet. My brother who lives in city limits has 2 gigs and pays $70/month. I wish we could switch but unfortunately we are stuck.

Zito Cable

September 22, 2026

I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
