March 18, 2026 Overall I am happy with my internet provider. The only issue is how the prices go up every year, even if it is only a small amount. For the most part, the speed is good without having to pay more. Customer service has been good too when an issue has come up.

December 13, 2025 I actually had an initial issue with the setup of Spectrum, as my coax cables wouldn’t connect to their boxes. I called customer support and they had a rep setup to come out within 24 hours to fix the issue. They gave me a timeframe and the installer called me in advance but I could also track the ETA on their app. When the installer arrived he was honest about what needed to be done, fixed the issue and explained it immediately and then made sure everything was working. I was extremely impressed with the effort from the tech and the candid assessment of the situation.
