Spectrum Cable
June 09, 2023 I have had nothing but issues with Spectrum since they took over Time Warner. Living in the area I do they have a complete monopoly on service. I basically have to threaten to contact a lawyer ever time I need to contact customer service to just have my issue addressed because I have a grandfathered clause that is way less than what they now offer. I spend at least 45 minutes declining "upgraded offers" before they are willing to address any issues and once they do it's "3-5 days" but every time I have a tech out to resolve the issue I get charged a trip fee and zero issues resolved.
