Spectrum Cable

I feel that the internet service provided to me is fair for the price. I have a small household, just two adults no children, and our service seems to have good coverage for the price point. We tend to have multiple devices connected at once, i.e. TV, smartphone, laptop, etc., and have never ran into an issue with bandwidth. When there have been problems regarding our internet, my provider has been (relatively) quick with providing a solution.

Spectrum Cable

I actually had an initial issue with the setup of Spectrum, as my coax cables wouldn’t connect to their boxes. I called customer support and they had a rep setup to come out within 24 hours to fix the issue. They gave me a timeframe and the installer called me in advance but I could also track the ETA on their app. When the installer arrived he was honest about what needed to be done, fixed the issue and explained it immediately and then made sure everything was working. I was extremely impressed with the effort from the tech and the candid assessment of the situation.

Spectrum Cable

Spectrum is fairly good about texting and emailing when there is an outage. I also find that the outages are also fixed far before the estimated time that Spectrum gives, which is good. I think the price is fair all things considered. But, I do wish there was a budget option like Mint Mobile for phones, but for internet.
