Customer Reviews for Internet Service Providers in Virginia
Customer Reviews
A Virginia Beach, VA Customer
Verizon Fiber
April 15, 2026 I have to say I am pretty happy with Verizon internet. It is fast and usually reliable. There are very few service interruptions. I do think this service comes with a pretty high cost. I bundle with my cell service to help offset the cost but it is still too high. Thank you

Cox Cable
February 08, 2026 My cox service has been stable and without very much downtime for many years. The price though seems a little but high just for internet. We pay over $100 a month just for internet service. We actually cannot afford cable service because internet service takes the majority of our extra spending money.

Cox Cable
December 02, 2025 I have been with Cox Cable over 30 years . I would give them a 4 star rating for Internet . The cable TV was far too expensive for what I received , so I canceled it , bought two smart TV's and I stream everything . I pay $33.00 a month for TV and receive all the channels I had with their TV service and save about $120.00 a month not using their TV service. So far , my internet rates have not gone up and I have a contract for 2 yrs . When that expires , I will have to see what the cost will be and compare it to other service providers in our area . I hope Cox will realize the importance of being price competitive and retaining their customers . I do wish they would offer a senior citizen and or Military discount . Thanks !
