Verizon Fixed Wireless
October 13, 2023 The service has been lackluster lately. At times I will have either no service or very slow service for extended periods of time. For example, i may randomly be able to access the internet in my home where the connection is usually fine. Talking with customer service has been less than helpful as they were unable to assist in any way.

October 09, 2023 We unfortunately only have one internet provider in our area that we are eligible for. We were used to our old home where we were able to have fiber through Verizon, which we were very happy with. Once we moved we came to a smaller town we found that the options were not as good as a larger town, which makes sense. I am very pleased so far with the help we've received from the company when we've called in. Overall, the speed is pretty awful when it comes to both my husband and I both working from home.
