I don't have many issues really with my internet service provider. Sometimes there are outages but they usually have a projected time to be back up and running. Most times they even get the internet up and running before their estimated time which I really appreciate. As far as pricing, its affordable for my partner and I. We even got a $300 gift card after paying on time for the first three months of our service. Unfortunately that could only be used in stores so using it towards bills wasn't an option but still a really awesome incentive.

My internet provider is kind of greedy. They were the only provider in my county for a very long time and took advangage of that by making their prices higher than any other provider for the same quality. They do a pretty good job with keeping up with speed and quality though. customer service times used to be atrocious but have slightly improved.

I've had many issues over the year with Breezeline. They used to be named something else, but changed it. The prices have been going up throughout the years, but the speed hasn't changed. I don't even have the highest tier and it costs me just under $100 a month. I've tried to ask for the price to be lowered to no avail. It's unfortunate because the company knows it can get away with ripping us off due to the lack of competition.

We are using breezeline because there are no other options for our community. The moment another option becomes available we will switch. Their price continuously increases, it has doubled since we started our account five years ago, and the service has not improved. There are consistently outages for no clear reason and I cannot work from home reliably because the internet is so bad. We had to get a wifi extended for our home even though we are already paying for the higher quality internet. We are seriously dissatisfied with this service and can’t wait until they finish installing the fios wires in our community so we can switch providers.
