I've had many issues over the year with Breezeline. They used to be named something else, but changed it. The prices have been going up throughout the years, but the speed hasn't changed. I don't even have the highest tier and it costs me just under $100 a month. I've tried to ask for the price to be lowered to no avail. It's unfortunate because the company knows it can get away with ripping us off due to the lack of competition.

We are using breezeline because there are no other options for our community. The moment another option becomes available we will switch. Their price continuously increases, it has doubled since we started our account five years ago, and the service has not improved. There are consistently outages for no clear reason and I cannot work from home reliably because the internet is so bad. We had to get a wifi extended for our home even though we are already paying for the higher quality internet. We are seriously dissatisfied with this service and can’t wait until they finish installing the fios wires in our community so we can switch providers.

My provider has lower sppeed options but they dont promote them. When I asked for lower, I was Told that wasn't advised. I told the agent that I wanted to try it anyway. It was nearly impossible To get my speed lowered with a lower price until I hung up and called and talked to someone higher up. It was no problem and I have no problem with the lower speed and the price is much better. Now they're offering small mobile Service with the smaller package being only $12 a month. Also one line free for one year! I just signed up But not started the plan yet.

As a Breezeline fiber customer in Columbus, OH, my experience has been mixed. The internet speed is generally fast and handles streaming and remote work well. However, there are occasional outages that disrupt service without much notice. Customer support can be slow to respond and not always helpful. Overall, it's a decent option, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
