I've had my fiber internet from CSpire for a little over two years now. They haven't surprised me with any hidden fees or unexpected charges, and my monthly payment has not been increased. The cost is under $50 a month, and that includes router rental - which was much easier than trying to get my own set up. I can't speak to the speed or satisfaction with customer service, because I have not once had an issue with my internet since I got it. The only minor issue I've ever had is a bit of lagging when my friends and I play video games at the same time, but I only pay for the basic package, so that's to be expected. Overall, for the price and service, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Speed is great, customer support is quick when you call... but its expensive for what it is. Also, frequent reliability issues, making it a bad deal for people who need reliable service. They also want to dodge responsibility despite having isolated the issue to THEIR installation, and want to charge six figure service fees just to come out even though its installed at an apartment. . All in all, avoid if you have the option.

I have been very satisfied with my Cspire home internet. The speed is incredible, and the customer service is exceptional. In the four years that I have been a customer, I’ve only experienced one technical issue. A technician was sent to my house within an hour on a Sunday, and the problem was fixed immediately at no cost to me. The team was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my service. I will never switch my internet provider!

I live in Starkville MS, and most of the coverage is based in C-Spire. I have had nothing but good experiences with them; 1 GB/s uploads and downloads, and it never goes down. The pricing is amazing because it’s built into the rent for the house. Being well versed in my academic studies at my University, online portals and sites are pretty much exclusively run on C-Spire networks (they sponsor the university) and Ive had very few issues over my academy career. 9/10 C-Spire
