EZ Fiber has the best customer service that I have experienced of all the internet service providers I have tried. We signed up through a door to door salesperson, and she gave us her cell phone number in case we had any trouble with the installation. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would. About a month later, the internet stopped working, so we called her and she got the right people on the phone to solve our problem- which was that we thought we were on autopay but we weren't. Their rates are affordable, much less than what the big companies charge. It's been over a year and we haven't had any issues at all.
