I have had very little down time in the 7 years I have had service from them. In the few instances that there was an outage I was compensated for the missed time. The pricing has not increased and the service has been impeccable overall. I highly recommend them of they are available in the area where you live. It is hard to find a consistently more competitive option.

I have had Google Fiber at two different residences and I cannot say enough good things about the service. They are very cost effective, provide great service, and I have zero complaints about the internet speed. There was one occasion that I needed a service technician to come to my home and repair a severed line. I anticipated that I would be without internet for 48-72 hours, but the tech came and fixed the issue well under 36 hours later. They are friendly and I believe their service is very secure.
